Plane flights, shopping centres and bars are among Queensland's latest coronavirus exposure sites as the list continues to grow.
Parts of the state have been plunged into a snap three-day lockdown after an outbreak of COVID-19 cases, including a hospital receptionist who was infectious with the dangerous Delta strain in the community.
The wide-ranging lockdown includes South East Queensland, Townsville city, Palm Island and Magnetic Island, given the 19-year-old hospital worker flew around the state during 10 days while she was infectious.
Three new community cases were reported in the Sunshine State today.
Dr Maria Boulton from the Queensland AMA urged people to be vigilant about possible exposure.

"If you've been to an exposure site, do the right thing. If you are sick, please do the right thing (and) get tested.
"Phone your doctor if you have to. But don't go around in the community if you are sick, stay home."
