Commonwealth Bank is currently experiencing an outage, with customers unable to access the CommBank and NetBank apps.
The bank said it is "urgently investigating" the issue.
Customers are venting their frustration at the bank online, reporting being unable to pay for items such as fuel and groceries.

On June 23, its app and merchant terminals went down.
A week earlier, Commonwealth was caught up in a major outage which affected major Australian banks and websites.
