A long list of shops, cafes, train and bus routes have been identified as points of concern as Sydney continues to fight against the spread of the Delta variant.
NSW Health issued another round of exposure sites across the city just before 10pm on Saturday night, with a Sydney fruit shop being listed for the second time this week.
Anyone who was at Campsie World of Fruit, 224 Beamish Street on Sunday 25 July between 10.40am - 11am is now deemed a close contact and must get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result.

The fruit shop was previously listed as a close contact location from Tuesday 20 July to Sunday 25 July between 6am to 7pm on all days. It's known what prompted this specific new timing at the known location.
Also, anyone who travelled on the following public transport routes is a close contact and must immediately get tested and self-isolate for 14 days regardless of the result:
- 400 Bus From Bondi Junction Station, Stand F to Frenchmans Rd at Clovelly Rd,Randwick on Monday 19 July; Departed 1.31pm - arrived 1.40pm
- 473 Bus From Dan's Corner, Beamish St Campsie to Earlwood Shops on Monday 26 July; Departed 2.42pm – arrived 2.51pm
- 461X Bus From Parramatta Rd after Sloane St, Summer Hill to Parramatta Rd bf Lyons, Camperdown on Tuesday 27 July; Departed 8.09am – arrived 8.17am

Anyone who attended the following venues at the times listed is a casual contact who must immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received. Please get tested even if you have had a test in recent days.
If your date of exposure at this venue occurred in the past four days, you must get another test on day five from the date of exposure. Wear a mask around others and limit your movements until you get another negative result. You should continue to monitor for symptoms and if any symptoms occur, get tested again:

PIZZA RESTAURANT DATES EXPANDED
An Officeworks, Kmart and a Woolworths are among a string of new venues of concern released by NSW Health earlier on Saturday evening.
The public health alert also warned of expanded dates and times for Mancini's Original Woodfired Pizza in Belfield. It has been revised as Sunday, July 18 to Saturday, July 24 (all day).
Anyone who attended this venue is a close contact and must get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result.
Officeworks Penrith was added to the list of venues for anyone who visited Monday, July 26 between 12pm-5pm.

Earlier on Saturday, several new sites were flagged as being potentially infectious, with all of those present at the venues during the allocated times considered close contacts and are urged to seek testing immediately and isolate for a full 14 days regardless of the test result.
Jumbo Thai in Pyrmont was listed twice, with possible infection times on Saturday July 24 between 12.25pm and 12.40pm and as well on Monday July 26 between 12.55 to 1.05pm.
In Lurnea, the Kids Guardian Angel Childcare Centre has been listed as potentially infectious during the hours between 8.55am and 5.35pm on Monday July 26.
Today in NSW there were 210 new local cases of COVID-19 recorded, with the vast majority in western and south-western Sydney.
Authorities have continued their plea for all people with even the most minor of symptoms to come forward.

They have also urged anybody who may have attended last week's illegal protest in the CBD to seek testing immediately.
CHANGES FOR THOSE ARRIVING FROM QUEENSLAND
Additionally, anyone in NSW who has been in any of the 11 affected local government areas (LGAs) in Queensland since Wednesday 21 July, must, stay at home and only leave their residence with a reasonable excuse.
Anyone already in NSW who has been in any of the 11 affected LGAs in Queensland since Wednesday, July 21 must only leave their home or temporary residence in NSW with a reasonable excuse.
Anyone arriving in NSW must complete a declaration and then travel directly to their accommodation and only leave with a reasonable excuse. A person must comply with the stay at home rules for 14 days since they were last in an affected LGA, or until the notice is revoked.
The affected LGAs are: Brisbane City, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Logan City, Noosa Shire Council, Redland City, Scenic Rim Regional Council, Somerset Regional Council, and Sunshine Coast Regional Council.
