Victoria has reached its 90 per cent vaccine milestone for Victorians aged 12 and up.
There have been a total of 4,829,012 COVID-19 vaccines administered in the state, with 4718 given yesterday.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison congratulated Victorians for hitting the target on Twitter this morning.

"Victorians have done it tougher than anyone over the past two years and reaching the 90 per cent double dose vaccination milestone is an amazing achievement.

Premier Daniel Andrews said he "couldn't be prouder" of Victorians for getting vaccinated.
"90 per cent of Victorians are fully vaccinated," he said.
"Nine in 10 Victorians who have done the right thing to protect themselves, their families and the entire state.
"Because of you, we're open and getting back to the things we love."
A total of 85.8 per cent of people aged 16 and over are double vaccinated in Australia.
A total of 108,660 vaccine doses have been administered nationally in the past 24 hours, according to Australian Government data.
The total number of vaccine doses administered nationally sits at 38,706,049 as of November 23.
Western Australia remains the country's least vaccinated state, with 73.8 per cent fully inoculated, although Queensland (74.5 per cent) and the Northern Territory (74.3 per cent) are only just ahead.
The ACT is in the lead with more than 95 per cent fully vaccinated. Close behind is NSW at 92 per cent.
GPs, pharmacies and state-run hubs — including drive-through clinics — are all doing vaccinations with AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Moderna. You can make a vaccination booking here.

New South Wales
Official data shows 94.4 per cent of people have had a single jab, while 92.1 per cent are fully vaccinated.
Victoria
In Victoria, 93.1 per cent of residents have rolled up their sleeves once, according to national data.
A total of 90 per cent are fully vaccinated.

Queensland
The Sunshine State has given 85.3 per cent of eligible people one dose, and 74.5 per cent have had both.
Australian Capital Territory
In the ACT, more than 95 per cent of people have had both doses.

South Australia
South Australia has had 87.6 per cent of eligible residents have their first dose, while 78 per cent of them are fully dosed.

Western Australia
In Western Australia, 85 per cent have had their first jab and 73.8 per cent are fully vaccinated.

Northern Territory
In the NT, 86.5 per cent have had at least one dose, and 74.3 per cent are fully vaccinated.

In Tasmania, 93 per cent of eligible residents had had one dose, while 85.7 per cent are fully jabbed.
