A fourth person has been charged after a violent brawl left a man dead and another fighting for life in Sydney's west.
NSW Police said a 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with affray at Mt Druitt Police Station last night.
He was refused bail and will appear at Parramatta Bail Court today

Emergency services were called to Catlin Close, Whalan, at 7.30pm on Wednesday following reports of a stabbing and found three men with stab wounds.
Police allege two groups met to settle a dispute over a stolen PlayStation and a cat.
Matthew Smale, 40, was stabbed in the neck and died at the scene.
His 19-year-old son, Jaiden, suffered multiple stab wounds to the chest and was taken to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.
A 25-year-old man had a cut arm.
Both are now stable in hospital, NSW Police, said.
Yesterday, officers executed search warrants at homes on McCrae Place, Blackett, and Tarawa Street, Lethbridge Park.
Three men – one aged 18 and two aged 19 – have already been charged over their alleged roles in the incident.
They all remain before the courts.
