A second man has been charged after a public shooting outside a Sydney gym last month that narrowly missed three men and a children's creche.
Police were called to World Gym on Rowood Road, Prospect, after there were reports of a public place shooting outside a gym about 11.35am on November 29.
Officers were told a number of gun shots were fired from a Mazda wagon at a group of four men who were heading into the gym.

The car fled the carpark toward Blacktown Road.
One of the men, aged 33, sustained a gunshot wound to his leg while the other three men were uninjured.
The injured man was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Westmead Hospital.
He has since been released.
Police found the Mazda alight on Augusta Street a short time later.
9News understands it was a targeted attack.

It comes after police released chilling CCTV footage of the shooting which showed the shooting to leave bullet holes in a children's creche.
The footage captures the moment four men casually entering the gym — one even apparently about to take a selfie — run for cover as shots are fired.
Debris from the shots can be seen flying from the steps while at the same time an interior camera appears to show workers and children playing happily inside reacting in terror to the noise of the shots.
A 23-year-old man was arrested in relation to the shooting and has since been charged.
Police arrested a 19-year-old man at a home at Hardy Street, Blackett, about 1pm yesterday following further inquiries.
He was taken to Mt Druitt Police Station where he was charged.
