A 19-year-old South Australian man accused of partying while knowingly COVID-19 positive has been arrested and charged by police.
Today officers arrested Ralph MacIntosh from Kensington Park and charged him with failing to comply with directions under the state's Emergency Management Act.
Police will allege Mr MacIntosh remained at an Adelaide nightclub called Loverboy after he was informed by SA Health that he had returned a positive COVID-19 test.
