A truck driver has been charged after a woman died and a two-year-old girl was seriously injured in a crash in regional Victoria.
Police were told a truck was travelling north on Bacchus Marsh Road in Corio, near Geelong, when it collided with a car at the intersection of the Ring Road just after 2pm on January 10.
The driver of the car, a 64-year-old Bell Park woman, died at the scene.
A two-year-old girl from Lovely Banks was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.

She has since been released and remains at home with her family.
The 38-year-old alleged truck driver, from Clyde, escaped the crash uninjured.
The man was charged yesterday with one count each of dangerous driving causing death, drive in a manner dangerous and failing to stop at a red light.
He has been bailed to appear at the Geelong Magistrates' Court on January 24.
