South Australians are preparing to head to the election booths tomorrow, with polling showing a likely change in government.
The Labor opposition has focused on healthcare during the campaign, putting a billion dollars on the table to fix it.
It is part of $3.1 billion in election promises.

Meanwhile, Liberal Premier Steven Marshall is running a campaign based on the economy, promising more jobs and cheaper bills.
He has also brought in the big guns, with former Prime Minister John Howard joining the campaign hustings.
Howard brushed off a poll showing a comfortable win for Labor.
"There's only one poll that counts, and that's the one on Saturday," he said.

It is the rare topic both sides of politics agree on, with Opposition Leader Peter Malinauskas also brushing off the 56-44 projection.
"South Australians don't want people talking about polls," he said.
"What they want is who's got a plan to fix this ramping crisis?"
Polls open at 8am tomorrow and close at 6pm.
