A P-plate driver and her passenger have narrowly escaped injury after crashing through a south-western Sydney fence and into a home overnight.
Just after 11.30 pm, the driver of the Toyota mounted a footpath in Lakemba before losing control of the car and smashing into a fence.

It's unclear how the driver lost control of the car.
No one from inside the property was injured.
