A cyclist allegedly stabbed a driver in the hand through his car window after they had an argument at a Melbourne CBD intersection in the middle of the afternoon.
The cyclist and driver of a grey Toyota Hilux were seen arguing near the corner of Collins Street and Spring Street just before 2.30pm on February 23.
The cyclist allegedly then pulled out a knife and stabbed the driver's hand through the open car window.

The cyclist then rode off east along Collins Street.
The driver, a 24-year-old Mooroolbark man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have released photos of a cyclist they wish to speak to over the confrontation.
