A father from Perth says he had a gun held to his head in front of his family during an alleged armed robbery.
Matthew Decampi says his house in Kelmscott, Perth was ambushed by four hooded thieves on Monday night, who were allegedly armed with a gun.
Decampi says he heard banging at the door before the group allegedly broke in through a smashed window.

"I didn't answer it, and then next minute they're banging on the window here and it's smashed.
"Next minute I've got a gun at my head asking for my car keys."
Decampi said when he felt the gun at his head, all he could think about was his daughter and pregnant wife, so he handed them the keys.
His daughter, 14-year-old Kaleece, witnessed the whole incident and called Triple Zero while his wife hid in the kitchen.

"(I was) In tears, cause I didn't want to see my dad be shot," Kaleece said.
The alleged robbers left in Decampi's commodore and every other set of car keys in the house, according to Decampi.
The family immediately moved out of their home today following the incident, worried that the alleged thieves would return for their hatchback and sedan.
