Ute flips on its roof after smashing into home in Brisbane

Two people have been rushed to hospital after a ute smashed into a house in Brisbane's north this morning.

Emergency services said they were called to the scene on Station Road in Burpengary about 7.56am.

Aerial image shows the vehicle had flipped on its roof after it slammed into the home, causing significant damage.

A woman was inside a bedroom at the time of the crash and escaped serious injury.

Queensland Ambulance said two people were taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a stable condition.
