Mechanics in the US state of South Carolina received a shock when they opened a car bonnet to find a huge snake inside.
The albino boa constrictor was about 2.5 metres long and was discovered by staff at a car dealership in Myrtle Beach, reports local media outlet WBTW.
It was nestling inside the bonnet of a Ford Focus car left overnight at the Beach Ford Lincoln Automotive Group.

A mechanic started working on the car on Tuesday morning and noticed the snake coming from the bonnet.
Boa constrictors are non-venomous snakes that kill their prey by squeezing them in their strong coils. Their natural range is northern Mexico to Argentina.
Local snake catcher Russell Cavender was called to retrieve the snake.
He said through a Facebook post that he had never found a snake of that size underneath a car bonnet.
"I have found many, many things underneath the hood of cars," Cavender said.
"Possums, squirrels, rats, and several snakes, but never an eight-foot albino boa constrictor.
"I'd say a pretty interesting morning."
