Children's books recalled over potential choking hazard

Books designed for young children are being recalled over concerns they could pose a choking hazard.

Eight titles and a book gift box from the Rainbow Road Board Book series have defects that could potentially be dangerous, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said.

Parents are being warned the circular binding rings for the books can be torn free, leaving small parts which can cause a choking hazard.
