CCTV allegedly showed the pair on Fenech's property in Five Dock, in Sydney's inner west, scoping out his Audi and busting through a side gate, early yesterday morning.
The two men, aged 29 and 20, were later caught in a nearby park and also charged with attempting to break into a home in Wareemba, before moving onto Fenech's house.

Fenech and his family were asleep at the time of the alleged break-in, when the pair allegedly broke in and took a set of keys which did not open the Audi.
The four-time world champion, known as the Marrickville Mauler, said he had a Rolex watch next to the keys, which was not taken.
Fenech's boxing memorabilia was also left untouched.
