Five people are in hospital with serious injuries after a horror crash in Brisbane's south-west overnight.
Initial reports suggest a Mercedes-Benz and a Toyota Landcruiser collided at the intersection of Renoir Crescent on Forest Lake Boulevard in Forest Lake about 10.10pm yesterday.
The 28-year-old male driver of the Mercedes-Benz, his two 22-year-old male passengers, and a 20-year-old female passenger were rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

The 52-year-old female driver of the Landcruiser was also transported to hospital in a serious condition.
Dr Steven Rashford from Queensland Ambulance Service said extensive resources were required for the crash including five ambulances and two critical care paramedics.
"This is a very high-impact crash involving five patients," Rashford said.
"All patients suffered a combination of life-threatening injuries including internal bleeding and fractures."
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances behind the crash.
Police said investigations would establish if speed was a contributing factor.
