Homes, cars and garages defaced with antisemitic graffiti in Sydney

Multiple cars, homes and garages in Sydney's east have been defaced with antisemitic graffiti.

Antisemitic graffiti in Sydney's east

Strike Force Pearl has been investigating a string of antisemitic attacks across Sydney.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers.

Police will address the media today following the graffiti.

David Ossip, president of the New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies, said today's attack was an example of "hate speech for the sole purpose of intimidating and terrorising the Jewish community and destabilising Sydney's social harmony".

Antisemitic graffiti in Sydney's east

It comes just days after antisemitic graffiti was found at Sydney Jewish school Mt Sinai College in Maroubra.

A home near the school, a home in Eastlakes and the Eastgardens shopping centre were also vandalised with antisemitic graffiti.

The acts add to escalating concerns after a caravan filled with explosives was discovered in the city's north-west, which is being investigated by the counter-terrorism team.

More to come.
