Paramedics worked for about an hour trying to save her, but she died at the scene.

Two other people - a 34-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman, were also in the home at the time but they were uninjured.

Soon after the area was shut down and the area flooded with police as an investigation began.

Relatives of the victim who arrived at the home were interviewed by detectives.

Police have confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the public this morning.
