A woman has been arrested over an alleged stabbing spree in regional Victoria overnight that left four men injured.
Events began about 9.50pm yesterday in the city of Bairnsdale, about three hours east of Melbourne, when the erratically behaving woman approached people in a supermarket on Nicholson Street.
She stabbed a male staff member in the stomach before heading towards a nearby fast-food restaurant car park.

The woman approached a man there, and after asking for a lift a row began. It escalated and she stabbed him in the stomach.
She then walked into a hotel on Macleod Street and assaulted a man, aged about 50, leaving him with non-life-threatening cuts on his arm.
Later at the railway station she stabbed a man aged in his 20s in the shoulder.
Police soon arrived and arrested the 21-year-old woman from Ravenhall.
She is helping police with their enquires.
The supermarket worker was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
The other victims were treated in hospital for minor injuries.
