Grammy-nominated chart topper Teddy Swims will headline this year's entertainment for the NRL and NRLW Grand Final Day, it has been announced.
US singer Swims, well-known and acclaimed for his I've Tried Everything But Therapy albums and hit single Lose Control, was announced as the main act for the entertainment roster at Accor Stadium on Sunday, October 5.
The performance will also kick off his tour of Australia and New Zealand.

NRL chief executive Andrew Abdo said Swims was one of the most exciting musicians in the world.
"Grand Final day is a special event on the sporting calendar, capturing moments that last forever," he said.
"Including a fresh superstar like Teddy Swims alongside some of the best male and female athletes in the world will take the entertainment experience for sports fans to a whole new level."

Swims said he was "so excited" to be scheduled to play.
"Australia has always been a second home to me," he said.
"Every time I am there I am overwhelmed by how welcoming the people are, I fall more in love with the culture, and just everything about it.
"So, to be welcomed to perform one of the biggest nights in Australia is a huge honour."
