The family and loved ones of a 10-year-old boy are demanding answers after he died following a fight at a US trampoline park.

Anthony Duran was playing basketball with other children at the Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park in Merced, California mid-last week when he and another child got into a brief fight, Merced Police said.

"He played football. He was in boxing. He just finished basketball. He had no health problems," family friend Nellie Barragan told CNN via KFSN.

"That's what they're saying is that maybe it was a medical condition. It was not."

Aunt Angela Reyes said action needed to be taken.

"He's gone, and he's not coming back. Why? Why are they taking this long to do something?" she told Fox26.
