Coloured hairspray recalled over allergy risk

A range of temporary colour hairsprays have been recalled over allergy fears.

According to a warning from the consumer watchdog, the ACCC, the Oceana International products do not comply with the mandatory standard for cosmetic ingredient labelling.

There is a risk of allergic reaction if consumers are exposed to ingredients they are sensitive or allergic to, the ACCC said, and the labels currently don't allow people to check an ingredients list.
