A man has died after a truck crash in a rural highway in western New South Wales.
Two truck drivers became trapped inside their vehicles after a head-on collision at 10.30pm yesterday on the Sturt Highway about 40km from Griffith.
Police tried to help one man, 48, however, he died at the scene.

A 28-year-old man has been taken to Griffith Base Hospital in a stable condition after being treated by paramedics.
Investigations into the crash are ongoing.
The highway spans 959km and travels through Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.
