Three people have been hospitalised after a brawl between dozens of people broke out in the heart of Sydney.
Up to 50 people were involved in the street fight at Darling Harbour around 3am today, police said.
Several men were arrested but no charges have been laid.

Police said the fight broke out in the street on Wheat Road in the city where dozens of people fighting were being watched by a crowd.
The crowd dispersed without further incident once police arrived.
Inquiries are continuing into the cause of the fight and the identities of other involved.
