Emergency services are on the scene in Sydney's south after a sinkhole opened up near an industrial complex.
It's believed the sinkhole opened up overnight or early this morning, at a car park on West Botany Street in Rockdale.
Employees who work in the complex were notified at about 6am.

The cause of the sinkhole is unknown but it has opened up near a building site for the new M6 tunnel.
It's not known if the two are linked.
There have been no reports of injuries so far.
