Body found in bungalow after deadly Melbourne house fire

Police arson experts will investigate a fatal house fire in south-east Melbourne overnight.

Emergency services were called to the blaze at a home on Lyppards Road in Langwarrin about 2.10am.

Three people escaped the property with no injuries.

But a fourth yet-to-be formally identified person was found dead inside a rear bungalow.

Police are at the scene this morning, but the exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined.

An arson chemist will attend there later today.
